Fabulous New Residential Listing @ 657 Acorn
From Susan, Tim's wife: As a spouse grows older and decides to limit his work to just the type of property he wants to sell or just the type of buyer he wants to represent, she gets worried. "Will he spend all of his time, watching TV and eating the male equivalent of bon-bons?" Tim decided to become a master gardener which is a rather rigorous time consuming endeavor-- 4 months of weekly classes of 4 hours each and 40 hours of volunteer work in their gardens. He redid the beds in our front yard and created, as least in my mind and eyes, a wonderful, magical place to sit and enjoy nature. I'd like to share here from time to time photos of his work. And, now you have other questions to ask him -- gardening, nature. Enjoy!
People are often surprised as to the number and variety of wildlife in the city limits of New Braunfels. We live above Landa Park and have deer making the home with us. This little fawn lived in our front flower bed. Our son lives near the river at Comal & Garden Streets. They have deer, red fox, hawks, armadillos, owls.
Tim is an avid garage sailor and assured me that the things he purchased would be used. He did so by replacing another playhouse with this piece of art work.
He is working on a key hole garden. We will keep up with his progress and include information.
